A little closer Picture.  It’s a bit hard to tell by the picture exactly how this floor looks.

Current Schedule and outlook as of 1/28/2008:

We had another Record year in 2007!!   We installed, sanded and finished, or refinished just over 181,000 Square Feet of hardwood flooring in 2007.  Thanks to all our great customers, both new and old, for making 2007 another very busy year for us.

We have more work on the books right now than we had this time last year.   We have right about 66,000 SQFT of flooring lined up for the first 1/2 of the year so far.  We are averaging about 15,000-16,000 SQFT per month, so you can see we have about 4 months of backlog right now.

It seems like smaller spec home building has slowed down somewhat, but the larger custom, pre-sold and specialty market is still pretty strong.  Of course I am confident that our business is still very strong because of our quality of work and excellent reputation, so I believe we are looking for another strong year.

If you plan to do some wood floor in your new or existing home, give us a call as soon as possible to get on our list.  Thanks a bunch.
